System maintenance
Our systems will be undergoing planned maintenance on Saturday 12 April. Unfortunately, during this time, you won't be able to access your online account. However, Keypad customers will still be able to top-up online.
Power NI Codes of Practice are available in braille, large print and talking formats. To receive a copy in any of these formats, please phone our Customer Helpline, visit our contact us page. They may also be available in several different languages upon request.
