What does the price change mean for Keypad customers?

  • Price change

When you buy a top-up from 11 November 2024, you will get a 40 to 60-digit price change code. You must enter this into your meter and then press the # button before any further top-up codes can be accepted. The price you pay for your electricity will then increase from 1 December 2024, but not before.

If you are a Keypad+ customer you do not have to enter your 40 to 60-digit code, this can be sent straight to your meter via Bluetooth as normal.

Watch our step-by-step guide below on how to change your Keypad to the new rate.
