From 16 September, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40-60 digit price change code. Please enter the full code into the meter. If you're experiencing issues topping up email us. Our customer care team are responding to emails 9am to 8pm during the weekday and 9am to 1pm over the weekend.

We offer a great interactive tool to help our customers find their way to the very best deal for them. With a simple Q&A, customers are asked basic questions to lead them to the best deal available to them.

From things like what plan you’re currently on, to how often you’d like to pay within moments our customers will land at on the best plan recommended for their needs. With an option to switch deals online, the whole process couldn’t be easier. 

If you’re not a customer, you can always switch, and make sure you keep an eye on the interactive tool in the future to make sure you’re on the best plan for you.
