Electrical Emergencies
To report a power outage or an electricity emergency you will need to contact NIE Networks on 03457 643 643 (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) or you can report an issue to NIE Networks online. NIE Networks are a separate company to Power NI.
Calls to 03457 numbers are often included in free minutes with many mobile network providers and should cost no more than local and UK landline calls. All calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
