Our systems are undergoing planned maintenance from Friday 7 – Sun 9 November. During this time you may be unable to access our websites and apps. However, Keypad customers will still be able to top-up online. We apologise for any inconvenience.
It's not necessary to contact your bank, we will lift your final balance on the date stated on your final bill. Once your final payment has cleared we will make arrangements to cancel the direct debit.
