What do I do if I forget my PIN to log in to the app?

Android users can download the Power NI app from the Google Play Store . iOS users can download the Power NI app from the App Store .

Q: Why can I not log in to my account using my existing Quickpay details?

We recently made online accounts available to all customers and have moved all customers from Quickpay to the Power NI app. Within your online account, we can provide customers with more benefits and an overall better online experience. As a result, you will be unable to log in to the new Power NI app using your existing Quickpay username and password. You can either register for an online account by clicking on the Register button, or you can use the guest route to top up your keypad or pay a bill online.

Q: How do I save my login details, so that I don’t have to enter them each time I log in?

You can create a PIN to log in to the app, or if you have Fingerprint ID, Touch ID or Face ID available you can use these each time you log in. By using this functionality, it will remove the need for you to enter your login details (username and password) each time you want to log in to your account. If you have forgotten your PIN, please select Cancel and log in with login details.

Following this you will be able to create a new PIN to log in to your online account.
