Energia, title sponsor of the All-Ireland League, announced the winners of the Energia AIL awards for the 2023/24 season.
The awards celebrated a stellar season which boasted an attendance of 7,768 at the Energia AIL men’s and women’s finals double header in Aviva Stadium.

Energia All-Ireland League Men's Division 1A Player of the Year 2023/24 Jack Kelleher (Cork Constitution) is presented with his award by Irish Rugby Performance Director David Humphreys and IRFU President Greg Barrett.
Energia All-Ireland League Men's Division 1B Player of the Year 2023/24 Ronan Watters (St. Mary's College) is presented with his award by David Humphreys and Greg Barrett.
Energia All-Ireland League Men's Division 2C Player of the Year 2023/24 Callum Smyton (Clogher Valley) is presented with his award by David Humphreys.
Energia All-Ireland League Women's Division Coach of the Year 2023/24 Fiona Hayes (UL Bohemian) and Energia All-Ireland League Men's Division Coach of the Year 2023/24 Sean Skehan (Terenure College).
