Information for Keypad customers
From 16 September, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40-60 digit tariff change code you will need to enter into your meter. If you're experiencing issues topping up, email us or call us on 08000 285 455. We've extended our opening hours to support customers, visit contact us to find out more.
Monthly Direct Debit
If you pay by Monthly Direct Debit your payment will be deducted from your bank account each month on the agreed collection date (between 1st and 28th of the month, if this date falls on a weekend or a bank holiday, it will be collected on the next working day).
Quarterly Direct Debit
If you pay by Quarterly Direct Debit your payment will be collected as per the ‘Payment due’ shown on your bill (this is 14 days after your bill was issued).
