From 16 June, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40-60 digit price change code. Please enter the full code into the meter. If you're experiencing issues topping up email us at [email protected]. Our customer care team are responding to emails 9am to 10pm on weekdays, and 9am to 1pm over the weekend.
The credit on your final bill will be refunded within approximately 4 weeks. In some scenarios we may require a photo of a meter reading to allow a refund, if so we will be in touch if we have your contact details.
If you paid by Direct Debit and this is still active, the refund will be returned to that bank account. Otherwise, the refund will be issued by cheque, where applicable please ensure that you have given us a forwarding address when closing the account.
