From 16 September, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40-60 digit tariff change code you will need to enter into your meter. Online billing customers can update their mailing address, email address and telephone number by logging into their online account

If you need to tell us about a change of Direct Debit or bank details you will need to ring us.
