Keypad customers will be unable to top-up from 23:00 on Saturday 15 November to 04:30 on Sunday 16 November. This is due to an essential infrastructure upgrade impacting all suppliers. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
This can vary depending on the need for additional works. For a standard installation, where no additional works are needed, you can expect a survey date within 9 days from your enquiry. If your home needs additional works this can delay the install and is dependent on the type of works required.
