Keypad customers will be unable to top-up from 23:00 on Saturday 15 November to 04:30 on Sunday 16 November. This is due to an essential infrastructure upgrade impacting all suppliers. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

What do I do if I can't open the Keypad+ app?

If you are unable to open the Keypad+ app, please get in touch with us at keypadplus@powerni.co.uk. In the meantime if you need to top up, please use the existing Power NI app and key the powercode in to your Keypad+ unit manually.
