Information for Keypad customers
From 16 September, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40-60 digit tariff change code you will need to enter into your meter. If you're experiencing issues topping up, email us or call us on 08000 285 455. We've extended our opening hours to support customers, visit contact us to find out more.
If you are no longer a Power NI customer or are an employee (past or present), and had no cashback on your account prior to 14 March 2023, you are no longer eligible to access Perks as it is a Power NI customer reward scheme only. If you are a Power NI customer and are unable to gain access, please contact Reward Gateway’s Perks helpdesk by phone on 0203 780 1891.
