During National Customer Service Week, we will be celebrating our customers. You’re the reason we continue to be Northern Ireland’s largest energy provider with over 450,000 customers. We’ve been serving Northern Ireland for almost 90 years!
Our locally based staff are dedicated to serving customers on the phone, online and social media. From calling our teams to setting up your new account, to topping up online or asking about our community work, we are here for more than just energy. We are committed to ensuring those who need a little more help can do so via our Customer Care Register.
Also, our award-winning Payment & Resolutions team is on hand to advise and help people who are struggling to pay and can signpost to many of our partners such as Advice NI and Action Mental Health.
Maureen Delaney, Head of Customer Relations paid tribute to the service provided by the teams throughout Power NI; “I am so proud of our teams who continue to provide great service, day in, day out. There are more ways than ever for our customers to get in touch via a method that suits their lifestyle, but the same customer service is still the backbone of everything we provide. I am so happy to celebrate our great customers and reward our staff during National Customer Service Week”.
We are confident in what we can offer you and we believe in freedom of choice. Unlike other suppliers, we don’t lock you into a fixed contract* or only give our best rates to new customers. We believe in offering discounts to every single one of our customers, year in, year out.
We also know that part of great service is convenience. We’re busy launching technology solutions that make managing your energy as easy as possible. Like our new-look app, interactive price comparison tool and online switching facility. Great service includes great Perks! We launched our customer reward scheme – Power NI Perks - in 2017 and it’s available to all customers. It’s completely free to sign up and gives you savings on hundreds on online and high street brands, so you can enjoy more of things you love.
Finally, as well as a duty of great service to our customers, we are committed to the communities in which we live, work and operate. Charity and community work underpins everything that we do. We work extensively with charities such as Age NI to ensure that we are helping our seniors to stay well informed about their electricity options. We also recently enriched 41 groups with almost £40,000 during lockdown. We continue to work with organisations that are helping people.
