National Customer Service Week is an opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice.
Power NI is using this week to show customers that they are committed to meeting and exceeding their expectations. Staff are also taking part in activities to recognise and show appreciation to colleagues for their contributions and support. This week Power NI are encouraging senior management to engage in call listening and they are also giving staff the opportunity to nominate their colleagues which they feel have the “full package” when it comes to customer service. Laura Mc Elroy, Customer Services placement student commented: “We want to hear feedback from staff on their experiences of what great customer service means to them and how we can improve our customer service delivery. “Power NI embraces the opportunity to participate in National Customer Service week as we feel it contributes to our continued delivery of excellent Customer Service.” To give your views on how Power NI can enhance the services we provide to you, you can join the online community Your Voice.
