Power NI - Leading the way for customer satisfaction

For the sixth year running Power NI have been recognised by the Consumer Council for Northern Ireland as No.1 for customer service* amongst local electricity suppliers.

The Consumer Council for Northern Ireland have published their annual Complaint & Enquiries report for 2015/16, and for the 5th year running Power NI have received the lowest level of complaints* for any local supplier!  

Power NI serve nearly 500,000 home customers, yet the number of official complaints upheld by the Consumer Council against us in a whole year can be counted on two hands… You don’t even need your toes to keep count!
