Power NI helps make Armoy RFC’s family fun day a success!

Armoy Rugby Football Club have received a £250 donation from Power NI, Northern Ireland’s leading energy supplier, to help fund their annual family fun day in Limepark, Armoy which took place on the 14th August 2016. The contribution is a result of Power NI’s ‘Helping Hands’ staff sponsorship scheme, which encourages employees to nominate an organisation of their choice.

Power NI employee, Eamon Boylan who recommended Armoy RFC to receive the funding, said: "The ‘Helping Hands’ scheme is a perfect way to give back to clubs such as Armoy RFC. It is great that Power NI is so keen to support its employee’s communities."

Armoy secretary, Frank Casey, added: "The donation from Power NI was a great help! Thanks to them we were able to fund another successful family fun day where all kids and families had a great time."
