Action Mental Health changes the lives of those living with mental ill health and promotes resilience and well-being to future generations. Sadly, one in five adults in Northen Ireland will show signs of a mental illness. Action Mental Health provide many opportunities to those living with mental health, encouraging them to adopt helathier lifestyles and to widen their social networks. They also provide them with the skills to build a better future, set personal goals, develop coping skills, re-engage with society and become more employable.

Throughout the coming year, Power NI’s placement students are set to organise a range of fundraising activities so Power NI staff can raise money and give generously for the local charity.
