We understand this is a challenging and worrying time and we will do all we can to support our customers and our community

Our response to Covid-19

Over the past year we have provided support to local groups, communities and people during these challenging times.

By being a Power NI customer, you are making this possible and we thank you for doing your bit. Remember, we’re all in this together and we will do everything we can to support you, our valued customer. Please take care of yourself, your family and friends, and in particular, our elderly neighbours in the community.

Community Response Fund

In April 2020 we noticed some of our staff were not only working to look after our customers but they were also going home to make scrubs, deliver food parcels, or made sure our health workers received PPE. We wanted to show our staff that we were standing beside them, so we established our Community Response Fund.

Through the response fund and help from Power NI staff we were able to support 43 groups and communities.
