Joining the community is completely free, and all you have to do is register your details using the form below.
The purpose of Your Voice is to have regular feedback and communication with our customers. We would like you to tell us your views about a range of issues including how we can enhance the services we provide to you. Our senior management team regularly reviews the survey results, so we can guarantee that your opinions are heard.
For every survey completed you will be entered into a prize draw to win a voucher to the value of £50.
We understand your time is valuable, so we promise to send no more than six surveys a year, with each one be easy to complete taking no longer than ten minutes.
We value your views to help us improve our service to you. We promise that the information you provide will not be shared with any third party and will solely be used for the purposes of Power NI. This is not a sales tool and you will not be contacted directly as a result of your comments, unless you specifically ask us to.
