From 16 September, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40-60 digit tariff change code you will need to enter into your meter. How can I check the balance on my account?

If you would like to check the balance on your account, you can do this by logging into your online account and viewing ‘account balance’. You can also contact us and select option 2 ‘bill payment or balance enquiry’.
