Information for Keypad customers
From 16 September, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40-60 digit tariff change code you will need to enter into your meter. Electricity suppliers are required to provide their customers with information about which fuels are used to generate the electricity they use. This information, which is called the fuel mix, will appear as a summary table with electricity bills. See below for the Power NI Fuel Mix Information 2023:
