I would like to close an account for a deceased relative.

Please call us on 03457 455 455 with a final meter reading and forwarding address to close or transfer the account. All accounts will be closed immediately once we have been notified.

We accept details from relatives or solicitors. 

Once the account is closed the details will be passed to our Probate partners Phillips Cohen Associates who specialise in dealing with these matters. They will contact you by letter and will be able to offer you their experience, help and support.

Phone lines open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm. Calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes.
