From 16 September, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40-60 digit tariff change code you will need to enter into your meter. How do I change the bank account my Direct Debit is taken from?

You can change the bank account your direct debit is taken from within your online account. 

  1. Login to your online account
  2. Go to ‘My Account’ and select ‘My Details’ 
  3. Within ‘My Details’ select the option ‘Payment Details’
  4. To update your bank details, click on ‘update’
  5. Edit your account number and sort code
  6. Save your changes to complete the request.
