From 16 September, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40-60 digit tariff change code you will need to enter into your meter. How do I get a copy of a previous bill?

You can download, save and print your Power NI bills from the last 2 years using your online account. Simply log in and click ‘my bills/letters’ to view.

You can also get in touch with us to request a copy of a previous bill. Please note that there may be a charge for this service.
