From 16 June, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40-60 digit price change code. Please enter the full code into the meter. If you're experiencing issues topping up email us at [email protected]. Our customer care team are responding to emails 9am to 10pm on weekdays, and 9am to 1pm over the weekend.
The 'payment due date' is indicated on the top of the bill. This is generally 14 days after the bill is produced.

If you pay by Quarterly Direct Debit you don’t need to do anything as payment is taken automatically. If you pay by Monthly Direct Debit, we will continue to debit the agreed payment amount on your chosen date each month. Your bill provided is a statement of your account.
