Information for Keypad customers
From 11 November, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40 to 60 digit price change code. Please enter the full code into your meter. If you're experiencing issues topping up, please email us. Our customer care team are responding to emails 9am to 8pm during the weekday and 9am to 1pm over the weekend.
Your marketing contact preferences allow you to manage how you want Power NI to contact you. You have the freedom to choose what channels we contact you on and you can check and update these at any time through various channels, visit our contact us page.
You may receive account related emails which are sent to you because you are a Power NI customer. Please note that you will continue to receive account related emails regardless of your marketing contact preferences.
