From 16 June, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40-60 digit price change code. Please enter the full code into the meter. If you're experiencing issues topping up email us at [email protected]. Our customer care team are responding to emails 9am to 5pm on weekdays.
All Power NI customers get access to Power NI Perks, our loyalty rewards scheme, with discounts off hundreds of brands on the high street and online. As well as this, we offer eco-friendly paperless billing through our online account.
Once you’ve made the switch to Power NI, simply register for an online account and download our handy app.
