If you are a Keypad+ customer when you buy a top-up from 16 June 2026, your 40-to-60-digit price change code will be displayed on your Keypad+ app. If your app is in range of your meter and connected to the Keypad+ unit, the code will be sent to your Keypad via Bluetooth. If the code fails to send, it can be entered manually into your Keypad.
If you haven’t received your 40-to-60-digit code, please email us at [email protected] with your Keypad Premise number and we will help you.
