What is Your Voice?
As a customer of Power NI, Your Voice is your opportunity to give us your views on a wide range of energy related topics, including how we can enhance the services we provide to you.
Joining the community is completely free, and all you have to do is register your details and answer a few questions.
What is the purpose of Your Voice?
The purpose of Your Voice is to have regular feedback and communication with our customers. We would like you to tell us your views about a range of issues including how we can enhance the services we provide to you. Our senior management team regularly reviews the survey results, so we can guarantee that your opinions are heard.
For every survey completed you will be entered into a prize draw to win high street shopping vouchers to the value of £50.
To join Your Voice, we would ask you to provide a few details about yourself and your household. This is simply so we can analyse the results of your future surveys and tailor which surveys are relevant to you. After that, we will we send you a maximum of six surveys a year. We realise your time is valuable, so we promise that each survey will be easy to complete and take no longer than ten minutes of your time.
What we promise
We value your views to help us improve our service to you. We promise that the information you provide will not be shared with any third party and will solely be used for the purposes of Power NI. The results will help to inform our strategy. This is not a sales tool and you will not be contacted directly as a result of your comments in any survey by Power NI, unless you specifically ask us to.
