We recently made Energy Online available to all of our customers, and are trying to move all our customers across from Quickpay to Energy Online, as within Energy Online we are able to provide our customers with more benefits and in general an overall better online experience.Read more
We recently upgraded the Power NI app, and as a result all customers are unable to login using their Quickpay details and should register for an Energy Online account. If you do not want to register for Energy Online you can top up your Keypad or pay a bill as a guest.Read more
How do I save my login details, so that I don’t have to enter my login details each time I want to access my account via the app?
Both the PIN and FingerPrintID or TouchID functionality within the app, will remove the need for you to enter your login details each time you want to login to your Energy Online account.Read more
If you have forgotten your PIN please select cancel and login to your Energy Online account with your username and password.Read more
