Why can I not login to my account using my existing Quickpay details?
We recently made Energy Online available to all customers and have moved all customers from Quickpay to Energy Online. Within Energy Online we can provide customers with more benefits and an overall better online experience.
As a result, you will be unable to login to the new Power NI app using your existing Quickpay username and password. You can either register for an Energy Online account by clicking on the Register button, or you can use the guest route to top up your keypad or pay a bill online.
