Why has my account expired?

If you have switched to another electricity provider and you are no longer a Power NI customer you will have a period of one month from the time of leaving Power NI in which you can continue to access your Power NI Perks account. We would advise you to withdraw any cashback held on your account within this period, as after this time you will no longer have access to Power NI Perks.
