Switching to Power NI

How do I switch to Power NI?

Simply give us a call on 03457 455 455 * or fill in this form. Phone lines open Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm. Calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes.

You'll need to have the following to hand:

  • Your address
  • Your Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN) – you should be able to find this on a previous bill. If in doubt call NIE Networks at 03457 643 643 who can provide you with this.
  • A recent meter reading to open your account
  • Your contact details

Your payment details – bank account number and sort code (if paying by Direct Debit)
