If you have a query at this time, we’re advising those who can contact us on social or by email at [email protected] to do so, our phonelines should be reserved for emergency queries and vulnerable customers on our customer care register.
If you're moving out, and would like to close your Power NI account you can now update us within your online account. Simply login and visit the ‘Close my account’ section. All you need is:
The date you are moving out.
A closing meter read if your property has a bill pay meter.
A forwarding address.
We'll confirm your move has been processed by emailing you a confirmation that your account has been closed.
