Information for Keypad customers
From 11 November, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40 to 60 digit price change code. Please enter the full code into your meter. If you're experiencing issues topping up, please email us. Our customer care team are responding to emails 9am to 8pm during the weekday and 9am to 1pm over the weekend.
If your meter reading window is closed, you can estimate your next bill by using the bill estimator tool. When estimating your bill, the meter read that you submit will not be used to calculate your actual bill. This is for your guidance only.
When your meter reading window is open you can submit a meter read online. However, it is possible that when you tried to submit your meter read online we had already received one from Northern Ireland Electricity Networks. If the read provided by Northern Ireland Electricity Networks is detailed on your bill as ‘Estimate’ please contact us with your own meter reading. It is important to do this as soon as possible after receiving your bill.
