I’ve moved in and can’t find the Keypad card.

We will post you new Keypad cards, however you need to be registered with us as a customer before we can do this.

To do this complete the moving home form online or call us on 03457 455 455. Phone lines open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes.
