How do I switch to Power NI?

Switch online now. You'll need to have the following to hand:

• Your Keypad Premise Reference Number (KPRN) or Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN). If you use a pay-as-you-go Keypad meter, your KPRN is the 19-digit number you use to top-up, which can also be found on your Keypad card. Alternatively, your MPRN is an 11-digit number found on your bill. If you can't find your MPRN, you can look this up on the NIE Networks website using your address and meter serial number (found on the front of your electricity meter)
• A recent meter reading
• Your address and postcode
• Your bank details if you decide to pay by Direct Debit
