From 16 June, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40-60 digit price change code. Please enter the full code into the meter. If you're experiencing issues topping up email us at [email protected]. Our customer care team are responding to emails 9am to 10pm on weekdays, and 9am to 1pm over the weekend.

What is a standing charge?

A standing charge is a fixed daily amount that helps cover the maintenance of your electricity supply. For customers on Power NI Home Energy tariffs, there is no additional standing charge applied to your tariff. However, Economy 7 and Electric Vehicle tariffs do have a separate daily standing charge, which is billed quarterly along with your electricity usage. Standing charges also apply to Business & Farm tariffs.
