Information for Keypad customers
From 11 November, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40 to 60 digit price change code. Please enter the full code into your meter. If you're experiencing issues topping up, please email us. Our customer care team are responding to emails 9am to 8pm during the weekday and 9am to 1pm over the weekend.
We recently made online accounts available to all customers and have moved all customers from Quickpay to the Power NI app. Within your online account, we can provide customers with more benefits and an overall better online experience.
As a result, you will be unable to log in to the new Power NI app using your existing Quickpay username and password. You can either register for an online account by clicking on the Register button, or you can use the guest route to top up your keypad or pay a bill online.
