Information for Keypad customers
From 11 November, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40 to 60 digit price change code. Please enter the full code into your meter. If you're experiencing issues topping up, please email us. Our customer care team are responding to emails 9am to 8pm during the weekday and 9am to 1pm over the weekend.
From the 11 November 2024, when you buy a top-up, you will get a 40 to 60-digit price change code. You must enter this into your meter and then press the # button. The price you pay for your electricity increases from 1 December 2024. This longer tariff change code must be entered into your meter, otherwise all other top-up codes will fail.
If you are a Keypad+ customer and your payment has completed successfully, and the code is displayed on the app you do not have to enter your 40 to 60 digit code. If the app is in range and connected to the meter this will be sent via Bluetooth as normal.
