From 16 September, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40-60 digit tariff change code you will need to enter into your meter. I had previously given a third-party representative authority to speak on my behalf. How can I remove this person from my account?

If you are the main account holder, you can ask for a named person to be removed from your account. When you call us, we will ask you to complete your account security as normal, and then we will advise you of the next steps.
