Information for Keypad customers
From 11 November, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40 to 60 digit price change code. Please enter the full code into your meter. If you're experiencing issues topping up, please email us. Our customer care team are responding to emails 9am to 8pm during the weekday and 9am to 1pm over the weekend.
To pair your Keypad+ unit with your iOS device just follow these simple steps:
*Please note for some iOS versions, you will need to allow Keypad+ app access to Bluetooth. If this was not allowed when downloading the app please go to settings, select Keypad+ and enable this function here.*
Make sure Bluetooth on your smartphone is turned on.
Open the Keypad+ app and click on the 'Keypad+' button.
Click on the power icon, then go to the ‘Connecting Your Device’ page and select ‘Scan Now’.
Select your Keypad+ serial number. This can be found on the front of your Keypad+ unit.
A pairing message will appear on-screen. Enter the 6-digit code followed by the hash key (#) into your Keypad+ unit.
Your Keypad+ unit should now be paired with your smartphone.
