From 16 June, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40-60 digit price change code. Please enter the full code into the meter. If you're experiencing issues topping up email us at [email protected]. Our customer care team are responding to emails 9am to 10pm during the weekday and 9am to 1pm over the weekend.
You will need your Power NI Account Number or Keypad Premise Number to register for Power NI Perks.
Your Account Number is a 10-digit code which you will be able to find on the top right of your bill or if you are an Energy Online customer you will be able to find this at the top of you Account Summary page.
If you are a Power NI Keypad customer, you will need your Keypad Premise Number to register. This is a 19-digit code which you will be able to find on the front of your Keypad top up card.
