Information for Keypad customers
From 11 November, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40 to 60 digit price change code. Please enter the full code into your meter. If you're experiencing issues topping up, please email us. Our customer care team are responding to emails 9am to 8pm during the weekday and 9am to 1pm over the weekend.
Before making any changes to our products and services, we ask the people who matter most, you the customer! Our customer research pointed out some improvements and enhancements and we worked with real customers to shape the developments that have been made.
We recently made Energy Online available to all customers and have moved all customers from Quickpay to Energy Online. Within Energy Online we can provide customers with more benefits and an overall better online experience.
