How can I save money on my electricity?

Power NI offers a range of discounted payment options for savings year in year out.

Customers who register for an online account and pay by monthly Direct Debit, can save you up to £60 each year*.
Keypad customers get 2.5% discount off every unit of electricity used. On top of this, you can get free electricity with our Keypad Reward. Just top-up £50 or more online or via our app.
Save on every day purchased with Power NI Perks: We’ve also negotiated discounts and savings for Power NI customers with hundreds of everyday big brands such as Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s and M&S.

On top of the 2.5%** discount you already get off every unit of electricity, when you top up £50** or more at powerni.co.uk/keypad or through the free Power NI app, you can get free electricity.

* Online billing customers with monthly Direct Debit get 6% discount up to £15 per quarter, up to £60 per year. The maximum discount would be obtained by a customer spending £250 each quarter on electricity. To view Power NI standard rates please visit our unit rate page.

** When a top-up is eligible for Keypad Reward, the cost per kWh is reduced to reflect the free electricity received. e.g. £50 credit will give users the amount of electricity that normally costs £51.
