How do I check my account balance?

There are a number of ways you can check your account balance:

1. Using the website

Visit the Pay a Bill section on our website. 

Enter your account number and postcode when prompted. You'll then see your current account balance and will have the option to make a payment if required.

2. Using the Power NI app

Open the app and choose the FastPay option. When you enter your details you'll see your account balance and can continue to make a payment if required.

 3. Phone 03457 455 455

 Choose option 2. You’ll need your account ID and postcode to hand.

 4. Energy Online

Alternatively, if you are an Energy Online customer you can log in to view your account balance.

Phone lines open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm. Calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes.
