When do I have to pay my bill?
The 'payment due date' is indicated on the top of the bill (see below). This is generally 14 days after the bill is produced.
If you pay by Quarterly Direct Debit you don’t need to do anything as payment is taken automatically. If you pay by Monthly Direct Debit your payment is debited on your chosen date each month.
