What happens if I stop paying my Power NI account by Direct Debit?

As this service is currently only offered for Direct Debit customers you will not be able to manage your electricity account online. If you decide to start paying by Direct Debit again you will be able to see all your previous consumption history and bills.

How can I calculate how much I owe since my last bill was produced?

You can use the Online Bill Calculator function. Select the Enter Meter Reading option and click on check reads. Submit the reading from your meter and your balance will be calculated and displayed on screen.
