Energy Online is only available to Direct Debit customers. If you would like to become a Direct Debit customer find out more here. If you are a Direct Debit customer please ensure that you are correctly entering your 10 digit account number which can be found on the top right of your bill.

How do I view my consumption?

To view your energy consumption click on ‘My Energy Usage’ on the navigation bar to the left of the screen when you are logged into Energy Online. You will then be able to see your electricity use in terms of units, cost and carbon emissions.
