How do I register for Energy Online?
To register for Energy Online you will need to be a Direct Debit customer and you will need your 10 digit Power NI account number which can be found on the top right of your bill.

Customers using Energy Online who pay by Monthly Direct Debit receive up to £60 discount per year, £15 per quarter – 6% off our standard rate. Customers using Energy Online who pay by Quarterly Direct Debit receive up to £46 discount per year, £11.50 per quarter – 4.5% off our standard rate.

As a Direct Debit customer and per the Direct Debit agreement we will debit your bank account as follows. If you pay by Monthly Direct Debit we will debit your account as per your precharged amount and if you pay by Quarterly Direct Debit we will debit your account as per your bill amount.
