Information for Keypad customers
From 16 September, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40-60 digit tariff change code you will need to enter into your meter. If you're experiencing issues topping up, email us or call us on 08000 285 455. We've extended our opening hours to support customers, visit contact us to find out more.
An e-voucher is a digit code which can be used on the high street or with online brands. If you load a 10% e-voucher with £100 you will only pay £90 at the checkout, however you will have £100 to spend in store or online (depending on the offers terms and conditions) – that’s a saving of £10!
If the e-voucher that you have purchased is an instant e-voucher you will receive this via email and will be able to view this by selecting ‘My Account’ button within Power NI Perks portal.
